Children, 2-18 years

With the lessons of the course, you can prevent, maintain and treat the child's hobby and growing pains.

This course teaches you the skills to provide children with whole body maintenance and care using manual therapy techniques. We use sports, deep tissue, classical and lymphatic massage styles in teaching, taking into account the child's growth and development.

Course Day

The course duration is 2 hours including introduction, detailed practical instructions, breaks and a reserved time for questions.

The course can be attended by

Personal guidance

What to bring to the course?

You need your own yoga mat, a few large towels, casual sports clothes and a water bottle.

Massage is suitable for a fundamentally healthy child to increase a healthy body image and strengthen the feeling of being accepted and seen.
